Abilities

Ability	Primary Bonus	Secondary Bonus	Description
Navigator	+50%	+25%	Adds bonus to the captain's maneuver skill.
Gatherer	+50%	+25%	Adds bonus to all of the captain's collecting skills and increases harvest amount of exotic matter by bonus. Adds chance of bonus of leaving a Capri Stim at the captain's desk every two hours.
Tactician	+30%	+15%	Adds bonus to the captain's tactics and hit accuracy skills.
Internal engineer	+30%	+15%	Adds bonus to the captain's engineering and weaponry skills.
Hacker	+30%	+15%	Adds bonus to the captain's hacking and cloaking skills and prevents any attempts to hack credits from the ship.
Pathfinder	-34%	-17%	Reduces ship movement AP cost by bonus.
Doctor	50%	25%	When taking drugs/stim chips, there is a chance of bonus of them not adding to the drugged-up/stimmed-up factor.
External engineer	90	45	Repairs bonus damaged armor points every 20 minutes.
Venturer	+50%	+25%	Increases experience points gained from killing NPC opponents by bonus and doubles any loot except bio-waste. Adds chance of bonus of leaving a Crimson Stim in the captain's cockpit every two hours.
Lobbyist	+/-50%	+/-25%	Increases the rank or competency gain from completed bulletin board missions and reduces the loss from failed missions by bonus.
Patriot	-50%	-25%	Reduces sign-up fee and pay by bonus if of the same race as their captain (cumulative with the natural race bonus of 20%).
Loyalist	+200%	+100%	Serves for bonus more days.
